Hindi naman at mataas ang location. Also, there are two deep river gorges that can take in any excess water if funneled properly.

Or, let me put it this way: kung mag flood man sa Nuvali, malamang nasa ilalim na ng Laguna de Bay ang mga bayan along its shore.

    Hell, yeah.

Nuvali is a lot higher than the rest of Laguna. Asking if it will flood is like asking if Ayala Alabang will flood... in either case, you will be surrounded by a brand new sea, with everyone else around you fifty to a hundred feet underwater...

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

If you live and work in Nuvali, there is no need to go to Metro Manila anymore. Well, except to the airport or seaport.

Our office might move from Makati to Nuvali by 2016.

Still apprehensive though about the whole moving-to-Nuvali-and-leaving-the-Metro-for-good thing..

At the same time, grabe ang appreciation ng Nuvali lots so I think it will outstrip the growth of my investments..
