If they exist, I wonder how much one can earn renting it out?

Also, how do condominiums work? If I buy a condo, what happens after 100 years? My friend said it's also good to buy old condos, so when they tear it down either you get paid for it or you get your space again when they rebuild? I doubt if there are 1M condos in Makati though. hehe.

I have 2 colleagues that bought low cost housing on loan in Antipolo. I think it's more or less 1 M. Is that a good decision?

Cheap houses and lots in the province are cheap for a reason.

Can't rent something that far out (Antipolo) for more than 5-6k.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

Antipolo is terribly traffic since Marcos Highway and Ortigas Ave are both gridlocked during rush hours.

^ agree, kahit sabihin pa na may floodway na daan still sobrang traffic sa dami ng tao at sasakyan sa floodway.

BTT: kung lote lang, yung akin nakuha ko 760k 24months natapos ko hulugan ng 2011.

This is why I chose Cavite. Marami alternative na daanan.

OT: AFPOVAI area is nice but it's too expensive. My cousin is staying at a condo near BGC market market ramp. I am not sure if that is Acacia Estates. Forever traffic naman! I think the rent is 30k per month.

Pareho tayo sir. Medyo matraffic lang sa rush hours if via coastal road ka, but not really much of our concern since di naman kami madalas dumaan ng coastal road.

Di ko lang sure kung meron pang tig 1M sa cavite. Medyo mataas na rin especially pag malapit sa border ng Las Pinas or Muntinlupa. Kung meron man, medyo malayo na talaga.

A condo lease is only worth 30 years, the condo is still yours but the building is no longer the responsibility of the developer. Usually there is a reorganization and blah-blah so it all works out. When it gets demolished and the lot is sold, the value of the lot is split among the unit owners (you could get very lucky.... or not).

As of last year you could get a small lot in Nuvali Sta. Rosa for 1-1.2M
They go for 16k per sq. m.

16k per sq.m is already metro manila pricing.

Of course, Nuvali is more premium, but it's also so much farther from Manila.

This is already the selling price right now in Edsa Shangrila condo parking. And it's hard to get one.

There is pa. Actually around 800K++. But its a town house type affair (magkadikit), two storey. Floor area is 28 square meters ground floor, and another 28 for the second floor. Sobrang liit.

I just saw it from the flyers of sales agents.
