Right now, I'm into PRINCE2 methodology. For an overview, visit this link: http://www.jiscinfonet.ac.uk/InfoKit...ince2-overview

Yung EU counterparts namin, PRIDE ang gamit.

Try mo 'tong site na ito for some reading on IT project management methodologies: http://www.jiscinfonet.ac.uk/InfoKit...t/pm-intro-1.4

There's this thing some group of project managers decided to put up, the PMP certification, which is supposed to train PMs for the "best practices" in project management, be it IT, construction, or whatever project. I can send you the PMBOK (the Project Management Book of Knowledge) once I get home and find the CD which has it. It's in PDF.

I personally am not a fan of certification. Nothing beats experience and the ability to learn new things.
