You don't start at 250k bro. You will usually start as Second Officer, which offers good pay for a first job, but not 250k yet. For the first 6 months, allowance ka lang. But afterwards ibabackpay naman yung wages mo so after your training you get a huge lump sum.

I see. Still a good paying job nevertheless. Lalo na siguro pag international flights. Of course the risk is high but with computerization and automation, the chance of getting into an accident is very low.

Yes,- something to jumpstart the career of a person,- if you have the money and the person likes flying...

We are in the wrong line of profession bro.,- we are just computing for the payback period of somebody else...

More inputs please. I'm on that league before, but finances medyo mabigat. Hehehe
Still hoping that I'll be an Airline Pilot [emoji16]

It is never too late, bro.

We understand that 20/20 vision is not a must anymore, because of the advances in instrumentation and navigation.

For CebuPac,- even Sr. HS Graduates,-of course if they go to flying school and have their license,- they are considering for Commercial Pilot....

For PAL,- they require College Graduates...

Bros- baka naman may mga Piloto rito,- appreciate your inputs please.
