Planning on opening a Auto Supply business NEED TIPS

Planning to open a auto supply business in Tugue Cagayan. My passion is really into cars ever since being exposed in Banawe for years. I'm looking at the basics first for my initial inventory like oils, fluids , bulbs etc. For basic maintenance like tune ups etc

1. Can you suggest any other stuff / products i can offer for startup.
2. Any supplier you know where i can get oils and affordable stuff for auto supply for a good price.

Will focus on the basics then i'll go from there. Some shops in mind are blazer marketing though i'm not sure what inventory they have, last i checked i got kyb there and some wipers. LVC for there cheap prices. Warren for the bulbs.

Recommendations and tips are highly appreciated guys. Thanks!

It might help you decide what product to offer if you can identify first the market in your area and the target customer segments - - cars? Jeepneys? Motorcycle/tricycles ?

You may conduct survey, like sir Sean suggested. If may mga repair shops na in the area, siguro consumables pwede mo ioffer para sure ang benta or kung gusto mo latest upgrades or gadgets offer mo kung wala pa sa area.


But for starters, yung demand ng market muna cover mo. Medyo Malaki puhunan sa auto supply.
