She / Syndicate makes a loan under URC ... which has low interest ...
Then She / Syndicate "invests" the loan in a higher earning investment enough to be able to pay interest on the loan + profit ...
Interest payment to the loan was made using funds coming from a personal account which was a red flag ... and someone was smart enough to look into it ...
