need advice about car-aircon & carwash business

hi mga expert....

may friend ako na balak magtayo ng car-aircon repair and car wash... ok naman daw yung location, pinapagawa na nila... pero sa sobrang excited and nervous, wala sya maisip na name.... wala rin ako maisip.... help us naman....

and chaka give us advice na din, ill tell him.... wala kasi ako masyado alam sa ganyang business eh, unlike u guys na mga expert....

basta sabi ko sa kanya, expect the worst, pwedi ma-lugi yung business sa first few months pero dont lose hope... umpisa pa lang yun, and he have to take the risk.. courage and patience ang kailangan... am i right? ;)

Wala atang kinalaman ang car aircon sa carwash ha? hehehe.

Yung aircon shop na pinagpapagawaan ko, located lang sa bahay ng technician. Makes you feel at home and sobrang mura pa. May iba kasing customers (like me) na turned off sa mga 'big businesses' and mas gusto namin sa mga small time (e.g. the owner of the shop is the one working on the cars himself). Hindi pa nga ako nakakapunta sa repair facility ng Sanden or Denso and rarely do I even go to the dealership for auto repairs.

Agree.. Marami kasing aircon shop na niloloko ang customers. Among the common minor problems ng air con is refrigerant leak. What some shops do is refill lang & di hinahanap ang leak. Siempre, profit sila sa freon kasi napakamahal per kilo. Karamihan kasi ng customers akala e nauubos ang freon sa system kahit walang butas and some shops take advantage of this. Di ko po nilalahat ng shops, some lang....

How about "The C.A.R. Shop" meaning The Car-Aircon Repair Shop?

Or, PFM-CAR Shop---as in pinay_fickle_minded car aircon repair shop.

Kapag walang alam yung owner sa specialization ng car shop niya. Major turn off yun. Tignan mo ang BigBerts!, talagang magaling mag-detail si theveed even before he had a shop. Ang Fusion R naman karerista talaga si Auto_Xer, and off-roader si sir Freeman ng Armark.

Yung iba kasi akala porke't may puhunan pwede na, eh.

"Cool Wash", kasi car aircon (cool) saka car wash!

"Puff and Buff", as in puffing and buffing!

"Fridgid Zone and Detailing", just in case he does not want his customers to get confused by the name.

cool wash pwedi....

syempre nag-iisip pa sila ng marketing startegy nila... small time lang naman to, hilig lang talaga ng owner yung kotse... since wala pang car aircon repair sa kanila, so yun muna target nya, then follows everything na, sa magmemekaniko and other stuff, eh medyo malaki yata yung place kaya kasama na yung carwash...

of course di naman nya papasukin yung business na yun kung wala sya alam dun, pero since magsstart pa lang sya, he needs advice from the experts...

by the way sa pampanga naman to....

get it? mekeni kasi kepempengen, then play on the word "mekaniko" or mechanic in ainglish.
