Yep!

and yep kelangan clean estuarine environment. Luckily yun area ng farm eh controlled by government. Bawal factories, babuyan, etc. Last nov and dec. Twice na nagbaha. Tangay yun 700k ko na worth na puhunan. Buti na lang naani na yun mudcrab. Yun supplier ko inintay niya magpasko to fetch a better price. Mas magaganda pa alimango niya sa akin. Tangay lahat ng baha.

One small hindrance lang in crabbing is the supply of crablets.

Most of it is caught in the wild pa, so there is no assurance that one can buy anytime.

Yep isa pa yan. Mahirap din makakuha na mostly bulik. Kadalasan may halo na pulahan. which is much cheaper at hindi masyado lumalaki.

Ang maganda sa mudcrab. Hindi matrabaho mag-harvest. At kapag naharvest, pwede mo ibalik sa pond kapag di kayo nagkasundo sa presyo. Unlike sa hipon at isda. You need to dispose the product asap. Kung hindi eh mabibilasa na yan.

I havent bought from them pa sir pero kilala ko sila. Byahero kasi yan sir.

    I see.

Locally, I think the alimango aficionados like their aligi, yellow/orange and dry.

"Hagas" na yan if its soupy/watery inside, I think.

Yes. I was fortunate enough to acquire land in Batangas that has 3 unused fishponds, and sasa palms na nakapalibot. Was planning to raise tilapia at first, but when I noticed the crab holes dun sa sasa forest, I had an "idea"

2nd question is, pwede sa fresh water? or brackish water lang?
3rd question, how long to culture?
35 days to reach maturity at reproduction. Mabilis magharvest at nanganganak. Last year binigyan ako ng 15000 na fry. Maganda fry ng government. Mabilis lumaki saka matataba.

Nung nagstart
ako bangus and hipon (vannamei) unang trial. Maganda naman profit kaya tuloy-tuloy na. Ito yun tipong business na nakakarelax. Maganda rin ang kita
