This is something I want to do too, with all the GMO's and growth hormones in our normally sourced food.

2nd question is, pwede sa fresh water? or brackish water lang?

Right now sir palay lahat. After harvest pa kami makakapag-lagay ng crab.
I see. Estuarine environment pala talaga ang pwesto mo, maganda yan.

Actually first venture ko rin into crabbing, kaya I'm just setting up a 500 sg/m trial pond, will stock way below stocking density to lessen cannibalism. If everything goes well, I might fix the remaining ponds within the property and go into crabbing fulltime.

Saan ang 11.50 per piece na price? Bulacan area?

madalas ko makita is aquaponics. nagaalaga ng tilapya then yung ipot ng tilapya is used as fertilizer sa lettuce.

Yes sir. Paombong area as per our supplier. Not sure though baka bumaba pagpasok ng rainy season.

last year 3.50 per piece kuha namin. After 3months os na. Pumalo ng mahigit 1 kilo per piece. 1200 pa benta na inabutan ko sa exporter

Mahirap siguro sir kasi territorial ang mudcrab. Mataas mortality kapag siksikan. They do tend to stray away sa ponds kapag
    Kulang pakain.

Brakishwater sir if you want na mapalaki sa magandang size.

kung tagakain lang ng tirang pagkain sir. Try nyo native na chicken. Pumapalo 300 per kilo sa buhay. Or pabo. Parang aso mag-ingay kapag may tao. Yun barako nanghahabol ng tao. Hehe!

Yep actually sir yun farm namin may cycle. Not because gusto namin but yun pasok kasi ng tubig ng irrigation. So dec to april freshwater. That is time na nakakapag-palay kami. May to oct eh brakish na so palaisdaan siya. So laging mataba ang lupa. Usually after 2 months saka mo pa lang augment ng pakain whether feeds, trashfish, tinapay etc...
