Mid year bonus

Bonus? What bonus? You mean we're supposed to get paid for the work we do????

Half of it is in the bank while the other half went to some expenditures.

Re. tuition, i always set aside a fixed amount every payday to build-up the tuition funds of the kids so come tuition time, it's either covered or i just have to add a little.

BOnus or 13th month pay .. I can only see that when i login to my account.. but physically i can't touch it bago pa mawithdraw naholdup na ako yeah... legally holdaper

Depende yan sa benefit package mo sa company where you work... Meron kasi iba na 16 months ang pay in a year (inclusive of the 13th month) so sa Midyear yung 1.5 and sa year end yung other 1.5 ... Bad trip lang silipin ang payslip kasi ang laki kinain ng "TAX"
