my first corporation with 3 classmates, closed down after operating in 2 years. reason: nagkasilipan sa work load and 1 of us stole more than 300K worth of inventory.

my 2nd corporation with 1 partner (from 1 of 3 classmates above), almost collapsed in the first 6 months bec. I was left alone managing the biz. my partner was always socializing, traveling while I had to become personnel in our mall store 7 days a week. worse than that, he sometimes drop by to the shop just to get petty cash. accounting was so hard that time. and to think, our 2nd corporation was setup on a 100% loan. learned a lot from this experience but still it closed down. I was able to pay the loan 100% with interest.

the best thing about failing in business: experience it a number of times and you'll accept that it's not as scary as it is.

dyan nasisira ang pagkakaibigan sa mga business partnership most of the time, although meron talaga mga super successful na partnerships.

at dami din mga mall shops na nalulugi..sa davao dami ko nakita like Max's, Gloria Maris and Kenny Rogers la pa 2 yrs sara na..

Ok ka siguro maging partner bro. Ako din eh, straight ko lagi na sinasabi from the start pa lang na di ko sila lolokohin. Mahirap kasi in the end magkasamaan ng loob lalo na if ung friend na un ung type na pwedeng maging best man to your wedding, or ninong of your kids.

lahat ng negosyo may risk involved. importation kami ng tsikot e ung partner ko naloko sa legend pumipirma ng 30k a night pag nag tip 5-10k. got part of my money back may kulang pa rin lumiit mundo nya kasi d lang sa akin may kulang kaya madalas sa provinces na sya nagbebenta kasi wanted sya sa metro mla. kailangan may fallback kang ibang stable income.
