Does anybody know how much is the lease prices of small kiosks or foodcarts in malls? I'm planning to have a small kiosk or foodcart business and I need some idea on the price range of the rental fee, say like SM?

3% of gross. 25% of SRP is for concessionaires inside SM Department stores.

sobrang mahal nga nyan sir.. alam ko sa SM ngayon 3T per sqm.. so yang 3.9sqm eh 11,700 lang sa SM yan.. dyan sa tapat nang UST 20T?? wow!

super mahal sa inyo. P10,000 should be fair as that is the going rate for stalls around the area. i know this for a fact because our family is engaged in commercial property leasing
