    Hi, have you guys heard of the bestseller book 'Rich Dad Poor Dad'? The CEO of Rich Dad Asia who is a level 5 investor is coming to Manila on April 16 for the first time to give a talk on the secrets of the rich?     ewan ko parang nde applicable d2 yan tinuturo ni Kiyosaki, alam ko yumaman sya sa buy and sell ng real estate. eh lahat naman yumayaman dun, pati daw si McDonald d daw sa burgers yumaman, kunde sa real estate, yun mga pwesto ng resto nya tumataas value dahil sa mcDo.

    sabi ni kiyosaki bantayan daw yun mga na-remata sa bangko, tapos bilhin daw ng mura yun real estate s bangko. kung sa ibang bansa pwede pa, eh d2 kahit 2nd hand na tsikot mahal pa din ibenta ng bangko hehehe

    mura benta nila sa mga properties... totoo yun... pero ang problem, mabagal umangat ang price ng properties sa pinas lalo na kung hindi pa developed yun area... you need lots of money din, to rebuild the property tapos bilin mo yun property siyempre (maganda naman ang terms) tapos you have to wait ilan months para mabenta... almost a year sa iyo yun property... rebuilding + waiting... sa hirap ng buhay ngayon madami nareremata, walang bumibili masyado...

    what is interesting about him is not the getting-rich part...

    but on how you have to prioritize and conserve your wealth... which should be applicable to most Filipinos who don't know how to prioritize their spendings.

    dunno about the actual get-rich steps, pero madaming mga philosophies and general guidelines in rich dad poor dad which i find quite enlightening
