Do they give you official receipt on COD? This is my 2nd time COD and all i got was the pink copy of the sales invoice. I had the driver sign an acknowledgement receipt but he han no ID, his drivers license was left with the subd gate guard. For warranty purposes kasi, which is why i'm looking for OR.

December 12th, 2016 10:24 PM #53Actually, first time ko lang rin to buy an item that ships from overseas last Dec 7. Status is currently "in processing" with estimated receiving date of Dec 21 to 28. It's probably the seller's fault not updating its status properly with Lazada.

Ito rin problema ko last Sunday, di ako makaalis ng bahay dahil baka magdeliver, anyway dumating sya kahapon, and he called me first to make sure nasa bahay ako.

pwede ba magbigay ng delivery instructions? like sa office papadeliver and dapat during weekdays and should also be during office hours between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm only?

Once the order has been made, they will deliver it to the ship-to address you selected when you made the order. I don't think you can change the ship-to address on-the-fly with the courier as it will bring up package security concerns. You can try calling up Lazada's hotline and see if the address can still be changed.
Date and time of delivery is always best effort and depends on the couriers' route. Do note that the courier aren't just delivering your stuff, so changing the specific time for delivery is at the least, up to the delivery guy's discretion if he can accommodate it.

what i was trying to say is while making the order can I make a demand that the item be delivered at a specific time and day range? like between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm only and during weekdays, because i would like the item be delivered at our office since i am at the office from monday to friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, i ask this question because i haven't ordered anything yet in Lazada and these are the conditions i would like to have if ever i order from them, and i would like to know if anyone here had made these kinds of arrangements with Lazada...

I don't think you can 'demand' for a specific delivery date or time. But if it helps, they always seem to deliver my purchases during the daytime / business hours. I don't know if it's just coincidence.
Just have it delivered to a place where there's a very high likelihood that someone you trust can receive it. In my case, I always have my items shipped to my office. Half the time, the front desk will receive my orders on my behalf. If it's going to be days with long vacations or weekends, I have it delivered at my residence. In which case, my wife or the security guard can receive them for me.
Tsambahan talaga. I'd take the MRT tapos baba sa Shaw Blvd station kaso lang by the time na...
