I made my first purchase at Lazada last week and I got the item the next day!!! I chose COD. However the next package was cancelled because the seller went out of stock on the item I ordered. They have me a P200 voucher for the inconvenience. I'm a happy customer so far

i'm good with lazada, except for electronic items. mas maganda pa din makikita and ma try mo before purchasing. but i have purchased so many non-electronic items from them so far, ok naman.

Pwede naman ba ma-check yung item, you order in Lazada in COD before mo i-accept bayaran? What if the item you order was like it has a defect, pwede bang tanggihan bayaran?

Hindi hihintayin ng courier yung item bago mo ma check. Itatawag mo sa kanilang customer service kung may problema.

May items sila from abroad.. tagal dumating... isang buwan din.


Pero mas badtrip yung memory card na inorder ko dati. Sa greenhills lang yung shop. 2 months na hindj talaga dumating. Tapos 2 months din para icancel yung order and refund sa card

So far Lazada has been good to me. Ok naman ang items be it electronic or not. Maganda kasi sa kanila, free ang shipping. Also ordered a headphone set from them which was shipped from HK, I think, and it arrived after a week ( it was scheduled to arrive in 2 weeks, supposedly).

Yup, pwede mo icheck muna ang package and ibalik sa courier ang item if hindi ka satisfied.

First time ko rin kasi umorder online sa Lazada. Last month lang. COD ang mode of payment ko. Pagdating kasi ng courier nila LEX, receive kagad payment and signed ang gusto ng delivery rider personnel. Ang first item pa naman na-order ko sa kanila ay electronic item. Ganun rin sa 2nd & 3rd item ay electronic. Kinataka ko lang sa first ordered unit hindi naka-bubble wrap. Pero yun 2nd & 3rd naka-bubble wrap na. Yun 1st unit, di looking good and box, parang luma, pero ang unit naman good working condition.

I have bought 5 items abroad from Lazada. Reliable naman just base it on the sellers ratings. For sure dadating yan, yung speed of delivery lang. May time I bought a Nexus 6P from a HK based seller 1 week nakarating din. Pero yun lang wala ng solian yan so if you're buying from a seller abroad dapat sure na sure ka sa bibilin mo...
