itong pandagdag sa puhunan ang kita is pretty much common sense dunno why kailangan pa ituro

if business is in your blood instinct mo unahin ang negosyo mo kesa sa mga walang kwentang gastos

The only difference I see between millennials na fil-chi and pure blooded Pinoy na mayayaman, Yun work ethics pa rin.

No disrespect to pure blooded Pinoy pero yun mga anak mayaman gusto puro Happy-happy puro sosyalang ang gusto While yun Fil Chi millenials kahit na junk shop pa ang business nila theyre still willing to get their hands dirty. Whole week pag nakita mo sa Office parang walang pera pero weekend nag Good time din while Yun Pinoy once a week papasok sa maganda Office then rest of the week happy happy

The Kurot Principle - How to Spend Frugally

yes kaya i said the older generation chinese are more tiyani

ung mga batang chinese mas balanced na

    YOLO na kontrolado

eventhough they buy expensive cars, the cars represent only a tiny fraction of their net worth

    --

kaya i don't see cars as a gauge kung mayaman ang tao o hindi

kasi kahit sino pwede mag car loan

on the outside, everyone driving a new car may seem doing well financially

My friend's wife comes to mind. Ngayon, back to working for others kaibigan ko.

    yes

though i know people who are already there and got bored and started new businesses

meron lang talaga mga tao na gusto ng challenge and some stress

    kaya it's called business (busy-ness)

just something to keep them occupied kahit may passive income na sila

you can only play so much golf, hang in coffee shops, travel etc
