ACCOUNTING ASSISTANTS
Responsible for the preparation of reports for local and international reportorial bodies, consolidation of financial information across multiple companies and evaluation of business plans.
•Female/Male, 23 to 30 years old
•Graduates of Accountancy/Accounting
•Preferably Board Placer, or CPA Board grade of 80 and above
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Knowledge of Local & US GAAP, International Accounting Standards and Sarbanes Oxley Act an advantage
•Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
•Preferably with know-how on SUN Accounts software


EDP AUDITOR
Responsible for the conduct of audit review, applications development and IT infrastructure
•Female/Male
•Must be a CPA with at least 1 year of IS Audit experience, preferable from the financial services industry
•Possesses good analytical skills
•Excellent communication skills


ACTUARIAL ASSISTANTS
Responsible for conducting studies on experience and assumptions used in pricing new products, checking product profitability and reviewing company production performance and profitability of supplementary contracts.
•Female/Male, 21-25 years old
•Open to fresh graduates with Actuarial background (Math or Statistics)
•Outstanding scholastic records, preferably top 10% of the class
•Preferably with life insurance or pre-need experience but not required•Highly analytical and detail-oriented
•Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access), with knowledge of Macros preferred
•Knowledge of FOXPRO preferred but not required


COMPENSATION OFFICERS
Responsible for compensation and benefits review and planning, conducting job evaluation studies and compensation studies, i.e., compensation surveys and review and design of compensation structures and incentive schemes.
•Female, 22-30 years old
•At least 1-2 years related work experience preferably for consulting firms and exposure to the financial services industry
•Highly organized and detail-oriented
•Must be confident and able to deal with people from all levels of the organization
•Must be willing to render long working hours when necessary


AGENCY DEVELOPMENT OFFICERS –PANGASINAN
Responsible for initiating, implementing and supporting agency activities related to developing agency leaders in the territory, recruiting new agents and tapping alternative market opportunities and communicating promotions, events and guidelines to the agencies
•Female/Male, 21-25 years old
•At least 2 years related work experience preferably from the financial services, pharmaceutical or real estate industry or the academe
•With excellent communication, interpersonal, events management and platform skills
•Must be able to deal with people from all levels of the organization
•Persistent and resilient to pressure
•Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
