  • [SIZE=3]Manage the total business, with functional heads of departments[/SIZE]
  • [SIZE=3]Control and direction of company sales force[/SIZE]
  • [SIZE=3]Responsible for ensuring P&L objectives are met[/SIZE]
  • [SIZE=3]Work with local distributors to develop the business[/SIZE]
  • [SIZE=3]Responsible for achieving market share and distribution objectives[/SIZE]
  • [SIZE=3]Ensure all staff are appropriately trained to perform to the levels required[/SIZE]
  • [SIZE=3]Safety of all employees[/SIZE]
  • [SIZE=3]Ensure all legal/tax and statutory compliance requirements are met[/SIZE]
  • [SIZE=3]Successful introduction of new products and objectives are achieved[/SIZE]

[SIZE=3]The role reports to the VP & GM – Asia who is based in Sydney.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=3]Ideal candidate will have experience working in a multi-national organisation, with good local knowledge of the organised retail trade as well as experience in developing into the lower trade. Knowledge of the automotive accessory market or similar would also be advantageous. A proven track record in developing and growing a business is essential. Experience in managing a sales force or someone with strong marketing skills would be an advantage. [/SIZE]
