What project? Rates/commission should be discussed before you make your move.

But if you did it out of goodwill then you should not expect anything.(eg nagrefer ka bibili lupa ng kamag anak mo or ni recommend mo contractor to get a project) If you expect monetary compensation then you should spell it out clearly.

Yep, dapat discussed ito prior and in writing yung agreement.

Even ako yung mag head sa project, mahihirapan din ako i-gauge yung ibibigay ko sayo.

plan ko na nga eh kausapin bukas about that.. ang prob ko lang nasa ilan percent kaya ang fair para saakin. at ilan % para dun sa mga Key players na vital kaya nakuha yun projects?

im sure kasi na masmalaki makukuha nun nirefer ko kasi sya ang Key talaga sa project... bale ako lang yun naging bridge at tumulong umasikaso...
