    Pa help naman po. We are planning to venture in a small boarding house business near the university belt. Ano po kaya mga dapat I consider? Paano po process/requirements ng pag license? (we want everything to be legal). Ano ano po ba mga Do's and Dont's. hehehe TIA

    What do yo mean sir? your looking for a lot then build a boarding house? or are you looking for condo units to be rented out to students? or you have a house then you'll have one of your rooms rented out?

    Irregardless if there is an existing building or just an open lot... I think the TS is asking what would be the requirements to start such a business? I would assume the questions would include legal stuff like documents, clearances, permits, etc.

    actually may existing inaalok sa amen. gusto lang namin maging legal and check if profitable siya... the property has 6 rooms na may 2 double deck each room(4 boarder per room), 5 story, about 175sqm floor area and 35sqm lot area. Walking distance lang sa UST.

    syempre sa number of boarders ay ma-compyut mo na kikitain. but careful ka sa mga utilities at kalaayan ng building. baka magagastusan ka paayos nyan. regarding sa legalidad eh depende sa research mo yun!! after all its your money kaya inquire ka sa proper authority.

    teka bakit daw ayaw na ng dating nagpapatakbo nyan? well, it might give you an idea.

    Pinsan kasi ng GF ko... meron na sila existing 1 pa borading house kaya lang hindi rin legal then yung nag aasikaso eh pupunta na ng Canada... so hindi daw niya kaya manage 2 boarding house plus may day job pa siya then water and laundry business... kaya She decided to Let go of 1 Boarding house.

    Magkano ba pag boarders compared to for example have the whole place rented out sa isang small office? Isang bagsakan ang rent monthly at the same time isa lang ang kausap?
