Di nga maganda yung mga "townhouse" units nila. Kahit sa ads nila, di impressive.

ABS-CBN Foundation, Inc. launches new building

ABS-CBN Foundation, Inc. (AFI) launches its newly-renovated building on February 1, 2010 in partnership with Globe Asiatique Realty Corporation and ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation.
Globe Asiatique renovated the whole building estimated to be worth P50M.
ABS-CBN Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Gabby Lopez, ABS-CBN President and Chief Operating Officer Charo Santos-Concio, Channel 2 Head in Mega Manila Cory Vidanes, AFI Managing Director Gina Lopez, and Globe Asiatique President Delfin Lee, along with other ABS-CBN executives initiate the ribbon-cutting to kick-off the event. 71 Dreams Foundation Managing Director Father Tito Caluag heads the blessing of the entire AFI building.
The transformation of the building coincides with the new projects and challenges that AFI is facing for 2010. “The place where you work is of critical importance,” Gina Lopez said. “That is why I’m deeply grateful to Globe Asiatique for facilitating a much better and ideal working place where we can pursue our dreams and hope for the Filipino people,” she added.

Every Saturday ang Seminar sa PAG IBIG at Atrium Makati Ave 9 AM.

    There are 2 Seminars

    1. Housing Projects Thru Developer.

    2. Housing Projects without Developer.

So you will need 2 Saturdays to attend both.

Is this like a car loan, na mas magandang sa bank dumiretso para mas mababa yung interest? Sorry I don't have any experience in housing loan which is why I'm asking....

yes mababa na lang rate nang housing loan sa banks.. compared sa in house financing nang mga developers.. mas mababa pa nga rate nang banks ngayon kesa sa pag-ibig for loans over 2M..

Yes, better with the Bank. If you're buying from a new development, check with the developer on which banks have accredited the said project you're looking at so the processing cost will be lower and processing time is faster.

Tama, the bank rates at this point are at par or even lower (for first year or so) than Pag-Ibig. The advantage of Pag-ibig is it gives a longer term.

Lakas ng kapit ni GA. May court order siya which is delaying his court case. :D
