    Ganito yung sa akin, 20% sa developer ko binayaran ang bahay ko, payable 12 - 15 months, kung bank financing. Yung remaining na 80 % ang babayaran ng bangko sa developer which in turn na babayaran mo sa bangko for 15 years ( sa akin). Halfway na habang binabayaran ko yung 20 % ng bahay, inumpisahan na ng developer yung construction ng bahay, natapos ng 3 months yung bahay, nung fully paid na yung downpayment ko ( 20 %) saka lang na-turn over yung bahay sa akin.

    my two cents....

    just make sure that the amoritization ay 30% ng kinikita mo....the 70% will be use sa daily expense, sa school fees ng anak mo, emergceny and savings etc....

    hirap ng may utang sir pag sagaran ang sweldo pambayad sa utang mo..danas ko sir pero walang pagsisisi sa amin ni misis...pero given a chance di na ako ulit mangugutang....

    Yeah don't want to be involved in a scandal like that... Delfin Lee sounded innocent and helfpul in his TV show on ANC. That might also get axed!

    ...when i heard the news that GA almost borrowed php6.6B parang nainis ako lalo, pag mga ordinaryong tao ang hirap makakuha ng loan ang dami chechecureche tapos sa kanila ganun ganun na lang....malamang nahirapan din sila....NAHIRAPAN DIN SILA MAGHANAP NG PADRINO!!!bwisit!!!

    GA made its money selling houses to buyers who went thru govt financing (just like Villar)

    meron magic na nangyari sa loob ng govt finance agencies

    members who didnt apply for housing loan discovered they bought houses from GA

    ngayon alam na natin paano nag grow ng mabilis ang GA

    the more housing loans were created, the more money GA made

    sa tindi ng greed they couldnt wait for members to apply for loans

    they went ahead and created loans without members' knowledge

    sigurado some people in govt housing agencies made a lot of money
