Nakakuha ako ng 6.5% last 2021 from Metrobank fixed rate for 5 yrs.
May naka experience na ba dito na mag transfer ng loan from bank to pag-ibig?
Advisable ba na itransfer to pag-ibig yung housing loan?
Currently loaned at 15 yrs to pay but currently doing research pa if advantageous to transfer it to pag-ibig after 5 yrs.

Ung house namin ni loan ng buyer sa pagibig for 2.6M, ang monthly nya ay 16k, ang hindi ko na check ay kung ilang years to pay. Maybe you can have someone compute the effective interest rate at 20 and 25 years to pay, malabo kasi na 15 years.

Yung scenario sa akin is ilipat ko yung loan ko from bank to pag-ibig.
Magkano kaya singilin ng bangko na transfer fee to transfer the loan from bank to pag-ibig?
