September 7th, 2006 03:24 PM #22i'm curious to know the answer to this one too. i don't know where to start looking for answers. my uncle in the states is thinking of putting up a call center here to support his bank's CS and mortgage application operations. the plan is for this to support internal clients initially, but may branch out depending on the outcome.
