    Does anybody know how much is the lease prices of small kiosks or foodcarts in malls? I'm planning to have a small kiosk or foodcart business and I need some idea on the price range of the rental fee, say like SM?

    sa SM yung cash register ng lahat ng businesses dun naka-connect sa computer ng SM, inaalam kasi nila ang total sales. may "cut" ang SM sa total sales, upwards of 20% yata. so besides the rental cost meron pa sila cut sa gross sales mo. note GROSS sales yan hindi net income. kahit lugi ka mauuna kumita si Henry SY kesa sa iyo.

    Yes, recorded sa POS lahat ng transactions. Mas malaki ang kita mo, mas malaki din ang kikitain nila sa kita mo.

    sobrang mahal nga nyan sir.. alam ko sa SM ngayon 3T per sqm.. so yang 3.9sqm eh 11,700 lang sa SM yan.. dyan sa tapat nang UST 20T?? wow!

    sa pagkakaalam ko, whichever is higher sa rental cost or percentage of gross sales ang kinukuha ni SM. Not both.

    yung kiosk ng zagu....mabenta pa rin.
    lagi pa ring marami tao.

    di ba siniraan na noon yan, kesyo yung sangkap ng sago nila nakaka-cause ng cancer daw?

    kung sa UST, food cart. dami tao dyan.
    pero mahal nga kung P20T.......

    baka mas ok pa yung moveable cart na lang.. yung sa tabi nang kalsada.. may bayad din ba yun?? or rent ka na lang nang parking spot don sa gilid nang UST.. rent it for the day.. and park your cart..

    BTW my wife operates ice scramble kiosk. Class c malls mga P3-5K yan, class B mga P7.5 up. Yung Robinson Pioneer P20K rental yung ice scramble sa may entrance banda. Dyan ako nagtanong before kasi.

    3% of gross. 25% of SRP is for concessionaires inside SM Department stores.

    Depends heavily on foot traffic. The more the merrier talaga, directly proportional sila (kontra ulan nga lang ). Schools are nice also since umaga lang halos, hapon wala na maliit salary expense.
