Help p10,ooo gratitude- location for mang inasal franchise

Good day to all tsikoteers,

Im planning to buy Mang Inasal franchise for my wife. Mang Inasal franchise officer advised us that we should look for our own location subject to their approval.May mga nakita ko na location pero wala available na space.Minimum area requirement is 120-200 sq.m.
We already inquire sa Puregold Fairview(still under construction,may nauna na), FEU Fairview(sa may dahlia,near mcdonalds and Pizza hut ok sana pero wala available space).Sa St. Francis square Ortigas may available fronting Jollibee pero di na apporved e,di daw maganda location as per Mang Inasal.

Preffered sites ko Quezon City area and Caloocan.Mall based or stand alone ok lang basta okay sa Mang Inasal.

Once Mang Inasal approved the site recommended by fellow tsikoteer,i will give the P10,000 as promised.Di po scam ito or joke, i just need help lang talaga.

FYi: I called up na po Leasing officers of SM and Robinsons,wala sila available sa mga Mall nila sa QC area

Why not try Ever along Commonwealth? Or baka may vacant space dun sa Shopwise sa tapat niya. Madami rin kasing tao dun. Not as much as Manggahan, kaso sa Manggahan may Mang Inasal na.

Bro. Try Gateway Mall. Sa sarap ng mang inasal, sayang lang at wala sila duon.

Try calling them. Sa Foodcourt nila duon Parati madaming tao , kahit hindi kilalang stalls dun pinapatok.

Paano pa kaya ang Mang Inasal.

ive called up gateway mall but they cannot accomodate application for mang inasal na as they already have several stores operating in our line of business.
