HELP : Makati Area Condo 1br or Studio type

Help me my fellow tsikoteers..

I am looking for any reasonable priced condo..apartment.. or studio type
for my girlfriend and i to stay in.

She lives in QC and works for a hotel in makati. She gets out pretty late. I couldn't pick her up since i work in a call center in Alabang. I don't really want her commuting really late at night..

We decided that we would just look for a place to rent in the makati area.

If you guys know any reasonable priced condos or studio types we could stay in..
Ofcourse with a safe parking for my car.


Our budget would be 10k.

Please tsikoteers help me out.

you could check the condos along valero st. they usually range around 8-10k.
try nyo ring sa may vito cruz extension. lapit sa shopwise pasong tamo. dami for rent dun. 10k can get you an apartment na.
