I have sold two properties , many cars, cameras, computers, furniture, beds, etc online. Actually i sold them all thru sulit.com.

So far so good. And ive bought tons of stuff locally online. Just recently i bought a second hand laptop for gaming ( full hd screen, core i7 3rd gen nvidia gtx 670mx 8gb ram 1tb ) which i was able to get a full refund for after two days (dead pixel). The sellers are scared of negative ratings hehe so they were kind enough to give me a refund.

I even got an interior decorator and landscaper to do some stuff for me and i found them online.

I finally sold some of my stuff!

My friend convinced me to sell my least favorite handbag to my colleagues. I figured if it does not work out then I will sell online. I was so happy because my colleagues were even asking for more items so I found some more to sell I think I need a little more confidence and push to sell online

I'm happy I was able to make some money because I used to just give my old stuff away. hehehe.

Dati sa Sulit at Ayosdito later sa Olx kaso pangit na. Ngayon sa FB na. Ang hirap lang sa FB, kapag mataas ang privacy setting mo, di mo kaagad makikita kung nag -message sa yo ang isang buyer.

why?

may bayad na kasi?

they have free ad slots naman pero may limit

sa cars, you only get 1 free ad slot

succeeding car ads may bayad na

other items you get 10 free ads slots

kung nasanay ka sa libre mababadtrip ka nga

nandyan naman ang mybenta and numerous other similar sites para sa mga ayaw magbayad

i also post on mybenta, carmudi etc

but most people who inquire saw my ads on olx

olx gets more visitors than other local online selling sites -- that's what olx provides you

what's the use in having unlimited number of free ads when the website you're posting on doesn't get a lot of visitors?

kung buy and sell ka ng oto, tens of thousands ang profit mo per car

bawing bawi ang P900 na binayad mo per additional ad slot

for me, olx produces far more results than other sites including fb

OLX or Facebook Groups

sa FB naman, sobrang dami nang sellers, matatabunan na yung posts mo pag sumali ka sa groups. Unless very active ka to up your post every minimum hours allowed ng group.

Meron din ngayon yung Shopee. Mas convenient ng konti kasi may app din sya, at maganda pag kaka-gawa ng app, hindi laggy nor nag ccrash. Tsaka maganda pag kaka categorize ng items, madali lang makapag browse ng gusto mong item.

Shopee ang local favorite ko. Sabi sa bahay kilala na house ko ng delivery guy hahaha. I order sometimes twice a week. Mas mura pa face mask than buying in Korea

Marami kasi nakapila bro, at sya nagbigay ng time at nakiusap. Ako kasi yun tipong, una ko kausap at nag pa reserve ay yun ang priority then move on to next buyer sa pila. Kung pinagbigyan ko yun 2nd and 4th buyer, sana kagabi palang tapos na.
Next time pag olx buyer, 1st come first serve nalang.

Btw bro di ako inabisuhan, ako ang contact 1 hour before sa usapan. Eh kagabi rin pala sya nakabili, sana kagabi nya ako minessage man lang. Kung ano anong pakiusap pa na need na need daw nya, at sya lang ang tumawad dun aa 4 buyers na nakapila.

Alam ko naman na may ganun, pero sa olx talaga madami malakas makasayang sa oras. Wala akong choice dun madalas mabilis maka dispose ng item, pero from the time ma post mo yun item hanggang sa mabenta mo, maraming troll like attitude at marami rin taga india lol
