a.) Napakarami na. Parang video shop dati o water refilling o internet cafe.

b.) Daming motorist contended na sa basang basahan every morning. Ewan ko bat di nila alam na d maganda practice ito.

c.) Definitely wala pa akong nakitang carwash na talagang tama mag wash, as in hindi nagbabanlaw ng sponge bago mag reload, o basta hindi nagbabanlaw panay reload at wipe lang.

Kaya tyaga pa rin ako maglinis ng sarili.

Naun na balik ulit ako sa corporate world, damang2x ko ang kulang sa oras d gaya dati na me business ako. Talagang hindi ko na ma squeeze 45 min to clean my car, kaso wala talaga akong magustuhan car wash. Kaya naiisip ko me market pa rin cguro ito dahil sa dami ng kagaya ko na kapos din sa oras. Well dami pa rin naman dyan, so meron nga.

Para sa Registration

sa dti kailangan maaga ka as in super aga. 6:30am pa lang kse may mga nakapila na doon

Bago ka pumunta ng dti pa picture ka na ng passport size tapos white ang background (4 copies na pic ata yun). pagdating mo kuha ka agad ng form don, dalawang kuwarto yun so ask mo un guard kung san papa register ng business name, magpapa-balik balik ka don kung di ka maaga at hindi ready mga papers mo. May babayaran ka sa loob syempre pero less than 500.00 lang. Tapos fill-out the form, since Filipino ka naman ala gaano problema. Minsan kase pag medyo tunog foreigner ang last name kukuhanan ka pa ng kung anu-anong docs like birth certificate etc. Once na ma check na alang kapareha yung business name mo at filled out properly naman ung form mo tatatakan un at lilipat ka naman sa kabilang kwarto para kunin ung certificate mo with your name na and the business name. Pag kulang na time sa ibang araw ka na lang balik to get ur certificate of registration naman.

After the dti registration, kuha ka naman ng barangay clearance, SSS TIN No ng business mo, then mayor's permit. dapat dala mo lahat ng documents mo pag dating sa munisipyo at naka xerox na kahit papano. Tapos don mag-aantay ka ulit ng ilang araw para ma-release permit mo. Medyo matagl-tagal din mag-ayos ng papers e depende siguro sa business na itatayo .

Kaya advise ko habang inaayos na ung place, lakarin na rin ung mga permit para pag nag start ka na sa business mo nasa kamay mo na mga papers mo.

at least pag proprietorship mas madali kesa inc or corp sa SEC naman un

eto po advise ko. pls dont get offended pero i know maaapreciate mo mga business tips ko ( im now opeating an autoshop here in cavite which includes carwash kaya tulungan kita).

from the contents of the thread, it seems that nde mo pa alam ang pasikot sikot sa carwash ( even the basic of what are the right materials to use, etc. so i presume na pati right procedure hindi mo pa rin kabisado). sir never start the business unless u are very sure on what u are doing. masasayang lang lahat ng tools or equipment na binili mo or even yung efforts mo sa pag mamarket ng business kung unsure ka if you can not perform well yung service na ini-ooffer mo. this could be very costly and frustrating. dont believe duon sa sinasabi na " matutunan mo rin yan sa pagtagal-tagal" . of course this is partially true but why wait sa pagtagal tagal when you can exert first ur effort to study the correct procedures ( you can study this urself or hire someone who is knowlegable already or ask someone na may experience na) . bottomline here is that dont wait to learn from ur mistake ( some can be very costly baka mahirapan ka ng bumangon) when you can ask the help of other seasoned entrepreneurs on how to run a business like youre planning to set-up. im telling you this will bring you lesser headaches.

have u made a written business plan already? if not ur business will be doomed to fail. plan for at least 6 months on how u would like ur business to become after the said period. make financial projections and prepare a monthly budget which includes ur projected expenses/income ( baka ur losing money in the process of running ur business so why bother continue it di ba?). in this case, you know kung kikita ka, kumikita ka, or kikita ka.

Lastly, dont rely on a carwash service alone. while it is good to start ur business small, think on how you can augment ur income by selling other items related to ur service. for example tinda ka rin ng shampoo, or duster, or car cover or other accessories na related sa business mo ( ako personally ayoko i-mix yung mga items na pwede ko itinda kung nde masyado related sa main business line ko, for example makikita mo sa isang barbershop, " prepaid cards available here" ok din wala naman problema kaya lng if you want to make a niche sa market mo, concentrate ka muna sa 'main' product or service mo). but be cautious, never stock too much sa mga items na gusto mong itinda or even sa mga ginagamit mo sa carwash. why? kasi baka nde mag-click agad so try to test the water first ika nga, or may lumabas na better brand ( as in better talaga at nde claims lang) na hahanapin ng tao, you'll be soory na all you can sell eh yung mga items mo na pinipilit mo lang itinda kasi ang dami mo pang stock.

pahabol pa pala, never ever get tired of record keeping. this is very important. yung inventory mo, yung kinita mo for the day, yung binayaran mo kahapon, etc. etc. list it all down para makita mo kung saan napupunta pera mo or magkano kinikita mo, a day's worth of problem is easier to remedy than a week long of headache.
