Our accountant told us that Mayor Alfredo Lim of Manila has instructed the Manila city hall license division to refund all SEC. 21 charges levied to us by Ex-mayor atienza for the last 6 years ( not sure how many years..) from our buiness permits/licenses...

Wow , if this is true then is a relief to all businesses in Manila for the excesses of ex-mayor atienza.... Buti na lang i voted for him....

    WBR,
Hindi malayong mangyari yun sa bulsa nya napunta!
(Sorry po medyo OT po ito!)
Biruin ninyo nga yung mga lamp post sa Roxas Blvd. na very colorful are not permitted sa building codes ng mga architects because it is a distraction to motorists! But hey, inevitably, the Manila govt. got away with it! And from a reliable source, did you know that those lamp posts costs about 80,000.00 pesos each (yung totoong price) but the Atienza gov't declared each lamp post cost at 500,000.00 each! Grabe! Dapat yung nilabas na pera dun ang ibalik nya sa taong bayan! Ilang lamp post din yun!

Good news to MANILA CITY HALL taxpayers....
