    Make sure you have enough cash flow and liquid, around 50% value of property..dapat may equity ka, just in case, business is not always ok..

    Thanks for the tips. Meron kasi akong small lot lang na 50sqm. Kahit ipa 2 floors ko okay na eh paupahan. Sa paranaque yung area.

    Kumusta kaya farming esp sa rosario batangas?
    May nagaalok sa akin na from batangas pero wala akong idea anong klaseng farming
    Super laki daw ng farmland ni VP binay dun and some generals and low profile tycoons

    Do the numbers 1st..roi is 3-5 years..btw, pls include sa computation the yearly lessors permit, plus the increase in tax of the property due to the improvement, if its in a commercial area...i saw lot here, converted into stalls using kawayan here in better living..its a great idea coz the city will not tax you for improvement coz the structure is temporary..

    Need ko magconsult sa city hall muna regarding all those things. Good thing we have a church mate who works sa permits and engineering dept ng paranaque city hall.

    Okay parin ba mag business ng bigas ngayon? lets say bibili ako bigas sa milling in mindoro tapos dadalhin ko dito sa manila using my pick up then bagsak ko sa mga rice dealers dito. is it still profitable?

    No. Big rice traders are already doing that in bulk (containers and tractor trailer-loads). Talo ka sa transport cost. Add to that maraming smuggled rice, naghahalo ng NFA rice sa commercial rice, nandadaya sa timbang, etc. Hard to make a profit if you're a straight shooter.

    Not sure about rice farming. Iirc it's the rice millers who make a lot of money. Marami ding kalokohan doon. Ang hirap talaga kumita ng walang daya hehe

    It's profitable if you can manage it yourself ... you'll need 10-20 hectares ... don't rely on other people to make money for you ... not even relatives ... well, specially relatives ...
