300k won't get you a business that earns enough to maintain your lifestyle.

Big business requires big capital, unless you have a revolutionary startup.

I would rather live a simple life and have control of my time than deal with corporate stress

Setting up a business isn't easy either.. But I do agree that the effort you put in your corporate job, if translated to effort given in a business, would rake in more money.

Plus, it's really more satisfying to be your own boss. However, I realized yesterday that I can never have the scale that my current company has.

    yeah

pwede gawin career ang online selling

    ---

yung iba may physical store na maliit but they have a very effective website

di naman kailangan sa loob ng mall or magandang location ang tindahan

    example yung CMK cellphones

may pwesto sila sa Roosevelt QC na halos di mo mapansin pag dumaan ka

pero nationwide ang customers nila coz of their website

pwede din si Cathy mag agent

    not SA ng sasakyan

family and friends could be selling something like a house or condo... she might know someone who's interested

i have an auntie who stays home all day talking on the phone

yun pala she's connecting buyers and sellers (real estate)

she can make 6 figures in one transaction laway lang ang puhunan

talo pa niya mga anak niya na pumasok sa trabaho araw araw

I have a light workload. I'm busy for about 1-1/2 weeks in a month. The rest of the days are spent thinking about improvements or projects etc. I guess relative to the effort, we are paid good.

In a business, I'll be much busier, but at least I don't have to deal with corporate BS. Right now I am caught between a rock and a hard place and it's so difficult to balance not offending any of the departments involved

Yeah I like those stuff. I have a lot I wanna sell nga. I have to think of the pricing kasi baka lugi pa ko sa gas and parking pag meet up hehe.

I can't go into sales because I don't like to insist on people. Kaya bilib ako sa mga car and insurance agents, all the rejection and people pleasing they have to go through...

Yes. May ibang sellers nga masungit pa. It depends on what you sell din. But what I was referring to are car sales, real estate (those that do flyering) and insurance people. I even had to turn off my phone when I had enough with an agent

Yan ang setup ng mga PC store.

They don't even need their own website - TipidPC lang. Some get away with going purely online then delivery, but mas successful yung may online selling pero may brick and mortar store pa rin (preferably Gilmore or Eton in Ortigas).

Also, since small time business, usually under the radar yan ng BIR.

Kaya yan, moonlight muna. See where it takes you.

Basta start a selling business with products you are familiar with and fast moving/consumables.

Dog food, soaps, anti flee, etc.

Car care, shampoo, wax, detailing stuff, antigrease, etc.

Sell online and Tama si uls na never insist. Answer questions and make sure na alam mo binebenta mo and how your product compares to others.

Simula lang sa maliit like 1 or 2 balik bayan box. Include some specialty items na sa tingin mo wala pa dito. Malay mo since mauuna ka sa pinas, you'll be the go to person.

Surround yourself with people that are passionate about dogs and car detailing.

See how it does, wag mahiya. Minsan sa social talk, makabenta ka.

It's hard at first to do business pero kung nakuha susi, simple na lang.

Do it! Mas OK small business kasi maliit lang at stake. Malay mo yun na Simula...

Imo, you'll be better off selling those. Marami colors and pwede ka magsample sa friends and family.

Best of all minimal shipping and max profit.

re on canine products, daming pwede e business dito like mga anti ticks and flea, meron mga friponil na generic available by liter sa mga agri supplies na pwede e repack into small batches. For parvo and other disinfectant plain bleach mix with oil based scent. and lastly my favorite overpriced k9 supplement have the same ingredients with cheap human muscle enhancer hehehe...

There is this newly opened nail shop in the building. I watch girls go in and i think its a hit becasue clients are falling in line.

You just needs to be creative and have lots of enthusiasm to make good business out from small things.

Now im thinking, when was the last time i let somebody pedicure my toenails.. Those girls must be having soomuch time doing those things.

I am leaning towards nail polish. Nail polish for P175 in the US retails at P385 here. Make up does not go below P1000 kasi.

No need for a physical store muna.

You can do samples at home or at salons.

Best bet would be to have suppliers that can give you more discounts as your buying bulk.

Siguro padala ka ng 500 to 1000 pieces (depending with risk you can take) with 80% to 85% of those are fast moving colors. Then the rest mga odd yet you feel would sell at a premium.

Take into account customs and shipping fees.
