    Has anybody here purchased from Galleon.ph (Galleon - Homepage )?

    They have an item I am looking for but I have no experience with online purchasing.

    Okay ba sila?

    From their sulit page, they're pretty much an importer of hard-to-find goods at ridiculous prices.

    true at that, i was actually looking to purchase a bellroy wallet from them kaso ang mahal ng benta nila hehe

    True, mukhang mataas nga ang presyo nila.

    Looks like a 50% or more mark up. Of course, sagot na nila ang import taxes and other costs of delivery though.

    Assuming you can pay the price (compared to ordering it yourself), maaasahan ba sila?

    Seems post of the posts are around 2013. If you revisit the site, you may have noticed a reduction in prices as well as breakdown of shipping cost. I assure you we don't mark up 50%. It may simply appear that way bec it includes international shipping cost and custom fees as well as our margins

    Glad to tell you that delivery time has now been shortened. Working of making it faster at the same time cheaper.

    We have a 30% discount on shipping ending this Aug 31, 2015. Enjoy shopping.

    What's the item, if you don't mind? If it's sold in the US, you are better off using Johnnyair's service. I have heard good feedback on it. They will provide you a US address then from there they will ship it to Manila.

    I just checked out the homepage. Sample item:

    12 pcs of Irish Spring Bath Soap - P2851. WTF? That is ridiculous.

    I've shipped a lot of stuff through johnny air. Never had any problems.

    Can you order the item through Johnnyair service or do you have to buy this yourself online and then have it delivered to the US address of Johnnyair?

    It is a small item, costs about $5 tops, but it is out of stock on any of the online stores. I am hesitant to try eBay or Amazon. Plus, I do not have any paypal or equivalent payment account. Neither do I want to use my credit card online.

    You buy it yourself online, then you use the US address of Johnny Air. You need to inform them of the item you ordered. Cost will be calculated based on weight or dimension ata. I am not sure of the exact details though.

    Amazon is very safe. I have ordered countless items from Amazon in the past years- food, clothes, shoes, makeup, supplements, books etc. I NEVER had an item that was not delivered. If you have a BPI card, you can ask for an internet card.

    Maybe falken can give you the contact of johnny air?

    you can have JAC order the item for you or you can buy it yourself then just put JAC addres as delivery address. may minimum amount lang sa johnny air if you want them to order for you, lugi ka pag $5 lang hehe.

    Type 2 coolant? I just came from Honda Manila last Monday and i swear that yun na ang standard coolant nila. Even their ATF yun bagong klase na. DW-1 or something and not the old ATF-Z1

    DO NOT BUY from this site kung ayaw nyo masayang pagod at pera nyo. I bought an item from them, waited for 14days, then after 14days I received an email from them that my order status was complete, received/picked up by my authorized representative....which is wala naman akong ibang taong binigyan ng authorization to receive my package on my behalf and my order was supposed to be delivered to my shipping address. In short, NAWALA ANG ORDER KO. Tumawag ako sa customer service nila at ang sabi iimbistigahan daw. After 2days, tumawag sila at sinabi na NAGKAMALI daw ang logistics nila at nai-deliver sa ibang address!!! Until now, more than one month na hindi na nila marecover yung order ko. Hindi na din sila sumasagot sa chat, email, at phone inquiries ko. Very unprofessional tong site na to. Wasted time and money.

    Please accept our sincerest apologies for this mishap. Misdelivered items is quite complicated to resolve. You were discounted 100% right?

    Our customer service is trained to answer replies quickly. I'll investigate why the replies stopped. Let us make it up to you if possible.

    Mr. Siy,

    I suggest fix this ASAP. Mis delivered items are not complicated if you are controlling your logistics, simple as reverse logistics protocol.

    Update the thread for any development to help our fellow tsikoteer.

    Customer was already refunded 100%. Seems it's a mishap on LBC's end. Item was delivered to a wrong address and wrong person
