    ako share lang ng experience ko dyan sa mga yan...
    i don't have any credit card.

    tumawag yun agent dito sa office...hinahanap yun dati kong officemate.
    sabi ko dun sa agent na nagresign na.
    then after that naman inalok nya ako ng credit card, sabi ko am not interested in getting one.
    then she kept on asking other stuff..so i politely told her that it's biz hours..and i can entertain her. then in a very loud voice she told me na kaya pala dati you would entertain such calls...blahblahblah...then binagsak nya yun phone.


    grrrrhhhhh:fire: .....naku...halos sumabog ako sa galit nun...if only cursing could kill!

    yun company CITIBANK!!!

    it's not the first time...daming beses na. ganun ba talagang training nila sa mga agents nila?

    sobrang bastos and sobrang magthreaten!!!

    Kaya ako kahit kulitin ako na kesyo halos lahat ng ofcmates ko may Citibank na ako wala pa sabi ko na lang I'm very satisfied with paying for cash... Wala kc ako paggagamitan ang isa pang credit card eh pasikip lang sa pitaka.

    Tsaka noong kailangan ko credit card puro denied for whatever reason tapos ngaun na meron na ako habol ng habol.

    I also tell them I am very satisfied with my current credit card.

    Pag sobrang kulit sinasabi ko bastos mga collectors nyo eh kaya ayaw ko then hang up.

    very very true... now pag may tumawag sakin na nagoffer ng Credit Card, sasabihin ko na wala ako if you get my drift.

    kung di mo kaya magbayad, wag mangutang!

    kung gusto mo makakuha ng credit card history, kuha ka na lang ng secured account. deposit ka ng pera sa banko tapos kung magkano deposit mo, ganun din ang limit mo. para iwas talaga sa bad debt.

    pero nasa iyo pa din kung tatakas ka sa utang. reputasyon mo naman ang sinisira mo hindi ang banko.

    yung mga binastos ng collections, make it a habit to ask first for the production id of the collections officer. pati kung sino line manager or agency manager. para pwede ka magcomplain pag binastos ka.

    at please... pag hinarass kayo ng collections, wag nyo naman iharass ang customer service. customer service people are your friend. as a matter of fact, it is still under the discretion of the customer service officer na tinawagan nyo to waive fees and that is still dependent kung maganda pakikitungo mo sa kanila.
