cathy yun sa amin walang pilitan, pero ginandahan package. im 100 % sure mas malinis at maganda accom binigay sa kanila vs house nila. mas convenient dahil 3-5 min walk lang inside araneta, mas secure and mas malaki kikitain.
eto madagdag pa, OT of 6 hours is equal to $100 canadian + plus ot pay (no limit), 400 a day allowance pag nasa hotel ka kasi mahal pagkain (pwede wag mo gamitin kasi libre pagkain sa office pantry 3x a day).
sayang mas prefer ko parin talaga mag uwian. may pang upgrade sana ako turbo sa speedlab after ng crisis na ito hehehe

Cathy, maraming tao kasi na ang problema ay yung kakainin nila sa susunod na araw, yung pang renta ng apartment ngayon buwan, yung pambili ng load sa celfone.
Bihira dumating yung pagkakatson na may hotel na, may extra bayad pa. Nakakapasok at nakakakain lang yan sa hotel pag ganyan pagkalataon.
Hindi katulad ng mga gumugulo sa utak mo- si crush, fat lab, crush, crush, crush, fatlab.... [emoji16]

Hindi ko na problem si fat lab kasi ewan ko paano sila lumusot sa check point na mag deliver ng food niya
Nagwo work sa office, hindi naman mahihirap like street vendors, parking boys or other jobs na talagang physical at no work no pay so they can afford to stay at home (good if paid by company, if not bawas sa VL)

bakit ayaw mo? masama ba yun company na napasukan ko? iniiwasan nga na di na sila mahawa sa mga tao sa paligid while en route to work. kasi afaik itong office lang namin nag offer ng magandang package vs other bpo.
antay natin si LM kung ano offer nila sa office nila. WFM is still being discussed, di kasi ito kasing dali ng bangkero na pwede offsite; unless the employee can guarantee 25/25mbps speed and a decent spec'd pc eh
btw yun south america counterpart namin, totally tigil ops
mas gusto ko tuloy parin ops namin, para kahit papaano yun client namin isipin na dependable yun site namin kahit papaano.

Impressed nga ko with the response of our company and it made me rethink my plans of leaving. One week BEFORE the quarantine, naka wfh na ko. For those without access, they were able to set up within 3 days. We also have hotel accomodations but that was used for other disasters not for this one. Anyway, good for you na masaya ka sa companya that gave employees option to come to work during covid so match ka sa company mo. Sa amin kasi breach yun to go to the office. I would cross out companies that made employees report for work and that's just my PREFERENCE.
BTT: We use Citrix to connect. I'm so impressed kahit 98% na pala WFH samin, wala naman ako latency issues.

WFH kami. Yung mga hotel accommodations nangyayari samin pag bagyo na taon taon kong na-aavail dati nung uso ang habagat dahil bahain sa east. Kaya as part of BCP, dapat may damit ka sa pedestal na good for 3 days.
Anyway, okay ang offer niyo kasi alam nila na hindi lahat makakapasok and it will affect the operations so pang attract yan.
Samin kasi enabled kami to wfh. Part ng bcp namin issue-han kami ng laptop isa isa na bawal iwan sa office, dapat iuwi mo everyday kasama ng headset at charger. So kung hindi accessible yung site namin, tuloy pa din ang ops.
Gets ko naman yung sa inyo na kelangan magtuloy ang ops. Kami nga ineencourage na patunayan na we can work with this set up for a month kasi baka in the future pwedeng ganito na. Tsaka nasa lubricants business kami, times like this we don't want production shutdowns kasi walang lubes yung machines. Malay mo end customer namin gumagawa ng face masks, PPEs, alcohol, medicines, test kits etc. [emoji39]
