    NO!

    I would invest myself directly to cut of the middle man. Besides the returns of educational plans are awful... Kung di ka marunong buying balanced mutual funds or UITF's might even be better since long term naman ang goal mo...

    buy land. yung colleague ng wife ko, nagtanim ng mga troso, pang college daw (she plans to have 8-10 kids).
