Ang rule diyan eh, basta no cash out, and you ask the questions, and let them answer.

As them to meet you sa DTI.

I received an SMS message this morning.

"Congrat's Ur Simcard # had won P580,000 thru elect/raffle Promo draw 08/28/07 Pls, Call me now. Im, RAFAEL H. CHAVEZ Frm: Millionairs Club INc. DTI per. 2243s07" This is from +639287315662

For me this is a scam. Di ko na lang pinansin. I did not hide the number because for me the sender does not worth respecting. The name must also be a fake.

    Exactly!

If this is a true promo, the sender should only have a 4-digit number because this is coordinated with the telco. If it is from a standard 10-digit mobile number, it is a scam. I heard this over the AM radio. SOme one interviewing DTI. If I remember correctly, the DTI promo number is 6 digits. according to the radio program.
