    It depends on how you will use the balance; if you will use it for business purposes and the profit rate is greater than the financing rate, then by all means go for the installment. But if the money will only be idle sa bank, then pay for it in full, as the borrowing interest is bigger than the savings interest.

    50% down with 12 mos. zero interest or even at 24 mos. is normally offered.

    kung 12 mos. zero interest, that's a no brainer (as long as the price of the car is not different vs. cash). you'll have the use of half your money for some part of the year without any cost.

    otherwise, i think zoom zoom's post is good advice.

    it is always a good choice to invest your money on biz rather than a luxury... unless you have overwhelming money na then get the SUV...
