There are a lot of companies opening up shop left and right, mostly call centers/contact centers who are capitalizing on the sudden need of the industry.

What a lot of call center professionals should know is not all these centers are here for the long haul. Yes, they may be offering you an extremely high salary compared to the previous call center you worked for but ask yourself this... "Will that company be here three months from now? How about a year? How about five years from now?"

Some of our employees fell victim to such when they hastily moved to a call center that offered almost double the base pay that they were getting now. It was rumored that they even got more benefits like transportation allowance, meal allowance, cellphone allowance, etc. Then the company folded up after four (4) months of operations and they suddenly found themselves without a job! Think about it... if a company isn't careful about their finances and they just think of attracting applicants by offering obscenely higher pay and benefits, I am 99% sure that they will fold up as soon as they've started. Running a call center takes more than just getting the right talent in. It's a very difficult balancing act of ensuring you get the right talent, the right account, the right location, the right training, the right investments, and the right attitude.

So the next time you are thinking of working for another call center, check out the stability of the company. Look at its track record. How long have they been operational? How financially strong are they?

ClientLogic (and the companies that united to form what ClientLogic is today) for example has been in the outsourcing business for more than 30 years. It has 55 facilities located in 14 countries and provides jobs to over 20,000 associates worldwide! It's parent company, ONEX has consolidated revenues of over $ 17 Billion and $ 14 Billion in assets. http://www.clientlogic.com/company/profile.html

If you have a good command of the english language, can speak english fluently, hardworking, and you are willing to work nights or in shifts, then maybe you should think about joining us.
We are growing and we are in need of human talents like you.

    Our current job openings include:

    TSR (Technical Support Representative)
    CSR (Customer Support Representative)

    Accountant

If you think you've got what it takes, send us your resume.
You can send your resume to these two email addresses:

    join_clientlogic*yahoo.com and carolcoevents*yahoo.com

Three easy steps to send your resumes:

    For example:

Operations Manager (Jane Doe) referred by CAROLINE CO

    2. Do not forget to attach your resume. (I am not kidding, a lot do!)

    3. Include a VALID contact number and a VALID email address so we can contact you right away if you qualify.

If you have the PASSION to do what you love and love what you do....

Yes, marami opening sa Baguio. To those who are interested, you can send me your resumes. Email me at carolcoevents*yahoo.com Don't forget to write the position you are interested in... Here in Pasig, we have a lot of openings too. What's important is you send in your resumes so you are in the pool na. The moment there is a need, you will get processed for initial interview and exams immediately.

stelvio, the cheapest overnight parking is the one beside Taipan. This is the parking lot right next to the overpass (the one with the escalator). Taipan is the building in front of Jollibee Emerald Ave. branch.

Hi Dvorak, yes he still is. He's our country manager. You know him personally?

Zanch, I am going to Baguio on Wednesday. Send your resume to me today so I can print it tonight and bring it with me to Baguio. Will personally hand it over to our recruitment people there. Ok?

CarGirl...Yes, we have! Send your resume so I can ask Recruitment to give you a call!

Stinkaboy, as long as you know the english language very well, meaning you have excellent oral and written communication skills (english), at least 2 years of college education, willing to learn, technical skills if you are applying for TSR (computer literate, computer trouble shooting, etc.)... send your resume so I can ask our recruitment team to contact you.
