maganda ba ang location?

it may be convenient for you house-to-work

but is the location suitable for coffee/pastry shop?

ano mga establishments na katabi mo? katapat?

ano ba ang sinasadya ng mga tao pag pumupunta sa lugar na yan?

madami ba tao sa lugar na yan? sakayan ng public transpo? (high pedestrian traffic?)

if your target market is medyo sosy, nice area ba? may parking? malinis yung lugar, well lit, maganda pavement?

sosy din ba ang mga katabing establishment?
