Stay away from those. Pag natikman na ng tao, wala na. Shakes, milk teas, shawarma etc. Parang obstacle course before maka order lol.

Madaming yumaman diyan.. Sipag at tiyaga lang..![]()
I recommend.

Dirty ice cream bro. Not yet available sa market. Own brand boss. Yun isang branch sa tondo which is owned by my in laws.
Since you're an IT guy, why not try these
1. create websites/blogs/forums then monitize them with adsense, amazon, affiliate programs, etc
2. if you're into web development, develop websites for local businesses/professionals like salon, dentists, surgeons, etc
3. freelancing - check odesk and fiverr. Do menial tasks for $. Offer services like SEO, ORM, etc
4. develop programs (web based, stand alone, android apps, ios) for companies
5. sell web hosting packages
time and effort lang kailangan mo para sa mga ito![]()
Opening and starting a business can't be half hearted either you're in or not. If you really want to succeed then you have to give it a 100% of your time especially when you're just starting. So my advice you can't be employed and running a business at the same time. That's just not how it works. Granting there's some success story in that kind of set up but eventually you have to pick one over the other.
Yun success story naman is more on exemption to the rule. But the conventional way is to resign Sa current job mo and go full time Sa business. Now, Kung Hinde mo kaya gawin yan then it only mean you're not ready, better stick to your current job and do business on the future. You can't have it both ways.
That's my advice. As for what kind of business, I can't answer that, food business is not for everybody that's actually old mentality na pag mag business food dapat. I dare Hinde na ganyan ngayon well unless you can have those franchise those foreign brands. But for tapsilogan, carinderia. Walang mangyayari diyan. Kung yun lang gagawin mo better stick to being an employee.
As for opening up talyer dahil passion kuno, mahilig Sa kotse. Well, sorry to burst anyone's bubble iba ang nagpapagawa ka lang sa ikaw may negosyo ng talyer. What Will Sey you sort from otherwise establish talyer na? Of mag open ka lang ng regular talyer w/o all the newest bella and whistle I don't think it Will be successfull.
Look, ganito lang yan mga marinig mong advice na go into this or that. If it's that good eh di sila na lang mag open.
I'm not discouraging you but if you're not 100% into it huwag na lang.

I agree. Nung nagstart kami ni misis. Negosyo talaga niya yun since 3rd branch ng family biz nila pati yun farm. Since nag-iisa anak si misis. Lagi ako absent sa work to help with the biz.
To be honest, napakaraming bagay ako natutunan sa pagnenegosyo dito at marami pa ako gusto matutunan like tips on dealing with people, government, etc.
I came from the IT industry, medyo malayo sa manufacturing at agriculture... importante eh willing ka mag-aral
May business ma short term.. may besines na pang long term..
.
Sample isang pagkain.. boom nung 2 to 3years. Madaming may gusto.
