Most likely BPI is being or was hacked ... there is little chance of a bank committing data processing error ... banking systems have been used for decades and any bugs would have been ironed out decades ago ... somebody's going to get fired ... their going to lose a lot of clients ...
Maybe a good time to buy Ayala shares when the stock price hits rock bottom ...

What little savings I have are in BPI, after this mess I'll transfer everything to HSBC
