BPI Bank still offline, what's going on?

Kill me hahaha. Balance Inquiry muna ako bago withdraw. It's just a habit of mine. Pero after hindi na kasi nasa resibo

How do you guys know this? I never notice if a person does bal inquiry first

Matagal sa machine then wala naman kinuha ng pera tapos check muna receipt ilabas card pasok ulit then ganun nanaman. [emoji23]

I think less than 5 minutes tapos na sa atm dapat kung mag withdraw lang.

Hinde ka naman kukuha ng 10k kung 1k lang laman ng savings mo? Kahit ilang beses tinganna yun resibo hinde naman dadami yun laman.

Magandang habit daw kasi yung mag-balance check with receipt before withdrawal para kung sakaling ma-debit na wala namang lumabas na pera e may proof ka. Gawain ko dati until na-realize ko na que may resibo ka o wala, hihintayin mo pa rin naman ang audit ng bangko.

Malamang mga pautang yan na atm. Check balance with receipt before and after para proof kung magkano ang kinuha. Some people have never heard of online banking apparently.

I used to do this before.

I keep only a budgeted amount in my ATM account. Once I exhaust that, that's it.

Nowadays, if I need to check my balance so I know how much I can withdraw, I do a bal inquiry first on the app.

brutal ng BPI, down online banking nila from morning till 10pm eh down.
maka login nga then ejected din agad.. labo. wala man lang notice na system down

natawa ako sa bpi facebook page puro pangungutya inabot.

last year meron vice president yan na mataray na initerview dahil same problem din. Kapal ng mukha sya pa naiinis eh sila naman may mali. Hanapin ko nga sa youtube para isearch ko sa facebook at okrayin ko.

Subukan lang nila banggitin yang ayala quality eh mababash lalo.

Ang labo talaga ng BPI,- on their "new and improved" kuno na expressonline, I cannot find a way/feature for scheduled payments.... [i did not pursue the menu after the page where they would send a code to my mobile number] which is step 3 of 3....

Lahat ng bills payments, bayad kaagad... Palpak talaga ang BPI!!!

Also, could not find a way to download your CC's statement of account... I have 3 in my account - Gold, Petron-BPI and e-card,- individual silang lumalabas... There is a summary page, but I need the statement of account in their site para one stop shop.

And, not sent in my email with password... Oh well.

Oh, just found out the answer myself. Seem BDO is also upgrading. Here's what it says in the news.



"The country’s largest bank said its automated teller machines (ATMs), mobile and online banking as well as debit and cash card transactions would be temporarily inaccessible to clients starting 8 p.m. on April 19 (Good Friday) to 12 noon on April 20 (Black Saturday)."


"“We are advising our clients and the general public to perform their banking transactions ahead of this scheduled activity to avoid any inconvenience,” BDO said.

The system improvement, once completed, will help BDO provide better service to its growing number of clients and offer banking convenience to even more Filipinos.

Ayala-led Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is also undertaking a systems upgrade."

Hindi na daw kasi reliable pero magiiwan pa rin naman daw siya balance

Napapaisip na rin ako kasi mahirap na unreliable especially for those based abroad
