Company got a special deal with BPI. All managers and up are converted to preferred status regardless of bank balance.

Actually the RMs cannot cover all their assigned preferred clients, they are required daw to make a call every so often to all in their territory.
Btw, another perk pala for preferred accounts is the unlimited free instapay transfers. I have already tried to transfer the maximum allowable per day several times na. At least kita ko agad kahit maraming transfers, ingat lang talaga sa pag key in ng account number kasi they don't have a save feature, maligawan ka lang ng isang transfer siguradong daramdamin mo, except for Cathy of course [emoji3526]

The latest update of BPI now allows credit card to be temporarily locked.
This is a good feature, lock your card and only unlock it when you are about to use it, then lock it again. Kontra fraudulent transactions.
I see 2 options - 1 to temporarily block the card, the other one for permanent blocking.

Earlier, I tried to transfer from BPI to other bank using PesoNet. May P50.0 service charge. How much more pa kaya kung InstaPay. Hehe Babye Preferred Client status muna..buti may other banks (digital and digi-centric banks) that offer free transfer of funds to other banks.
I was removed from preferred when my balance is above the minimum requirement! I called the branch and they said to contact my RM, but my RM is not replying. Sa Preferred line naman they can't access my account anymore kasi nga tanggal na ko!!!
I'm definitely above the average balance. The branch called me and my account was flagged as dormant pala since no movement for 2 yrs so the system automatically removed my tag as preferred. But I will definitely request for a new RM.
Also, I'm not an important client naman talaga and don't expect the bank to chase me or treat me special. I just want my preferred status retained for its benefits/perks
