Just checked this morning and the online portal is up and running but with some options still not available.
I can check my balances but the transactions for the last few days are not included.
Also, I can't do online transfers as of yet. I will hold off on paying any bills online for now, I will just visit my home branch for that to be sure.
People were ranting all over the BPI Facebook page, it seemed the end of the world for some people. Bad for business.

It's really the end of the world for some people lalo na yun hinde naka widraw ng pera nun weekend then na extend pa yun downtime ng bpi.
Kagagugan yan bpi, Sbrang bulok and Goodluck sa mga mag widraw sa ATM nila today dahil sigurado super haba ng pila.
Naaawa ako doon sa mga legit na walang cash these past few days.
Pero karamihan naman sa mga nag complain eh mga amuyong lang na Super affected pero wala nan talagang laman yun account. Nakikiuso lang.
Now pati globe down din daw.
Ok na Ayala group of companies. Na kumpleto na yun palpak nila, Manila Water, BPI and now globe. [emoji23]
Kahit branches nila ilan lang available na teller, kaya laging mahaba pila.
It used to yun online service nila maganda pero hinde na ngayon, lahat ng pwedeng gawin Online banking pwede na rin gawin sa ibang Online servicd ng ibang banko. Hinde pa madalas mag down.
Saka bakit hirap na hirap.bpi pag sweldo na laging down System nila?

^pag sweldo dito sa office, ang siste ay lahat ng atm malapit dito offline; pati dun sa ibang site namin ganun din. pero pag pumunta ka ibang branch online naman LOL

Metrobank and Eastwest na kang account ko.
Hassle free sa akin dahil may mga malapit na branches around

Gawin ko yun ginawa ni OB. Although BPI is not my main bank. And seldom use it naman. Magmaintain na lang ako ng minimum balance sa kanila.
Hinde dapat i-reward yun kapalpakan nila.
They still think and act as if they're still the best bank in PH. Feeling na lang nila yun.

Monday nawala yung enrolled bills ko. Ang natira na lang syempre BPI Credit Card na lagi naman failed ang payment transaction.
I checked today and mukhang bumalik na ang full list. Will hold off paying bills muna until it stabilizes. Puro Globe pa naman pending.

Do you guys know if they changed their Core Banking system? We do this before but never this long. There should be a cut-over plan that is implemented from a Friday night with a hard deadline on a Saturday. Then Sunday is left as a contingency if something goes awry.
If it's just one of their channel systems, if done properly, usually switch lang with both systems up, best case it's only a redirect from A to B.
I'm really curious what happened, how it happened and who made the mistake. Did some propose a all-in-one big bang upgrade + migration? Big bang nga!

Na lock out ako sa account ko, after a failed password change, I tried both old and new, wala. Dun naman sa isa, di nga ubra ang fund transfer. Globe, wala ding data kanina. Haaay...
