Maybe that's preferred banking, yung sa akin, ibang branch ang tumawag, I went there and met my relationship manager and she personally gave me the card and literature ng preferred banking.

Bad trip, 2 days na akong di maka withdraw sa atm ng BPI, I have reach my maximum daily limit daw for withdrawal eh since yesterday di ako maka withdraw, I checked online and normal naman, I went to the manager and they emailed BPI and after a few hours tumawag and she told me meron daw system glitch and they're fixing it daw.

Just found out that my bpi dollar savings account is now in dormant status... at least they should send notification via email/text month or weeks before they will do the change... now they hold the money without interest...

    Good business BPI!

BPI ‘rebalances’ workforce | Inquirer Business

They will be offering some employee early retirement, and will be moving their probationary to a sister company.

Will BDO next in queue? They have been spending heavily on capex opening branches almost in every corner and putting up atms everywhere. Without enough clients, what will happen to those idle resources?

Either that or they may reduce working hours of people if they are willing just to stay afloat.

Better have a reduced salary than try to find a new job in the current situation imho.

We are just beginning to feel the economic impact talaga. This will be a bad xmas unless a proven vaccine is found soon.

I know most people here won't commit the same mistake. Pero be aware na rin. Scammers are getting smarter.

I also read some scams that someone will call you pretending to be from BPI, asking you some legitimate offer like if you want a supplementary card for your spouse. Then the "bank rep" would ask you verification questions like mothers maiden name and bday. And then OTP. Also this highlights the importance of putting a pin on your sim card especially if you are receiving otp on it. I know too many people who doesn't have pin for sim card, phone lang.

So my question is do you give out "verification questions" to people who calls you are just to people you call, like bank CSR? Obviously you won't give out your OTP right?

Yeah, same quesion. OTP is only asked if you made a transaction and it is never asked. Inputted yan sa current transaction mo. Yun pa lang questionable na.

Maybe the thief already knows the login of the victim, he can transact pero kailangan nya ng otp.

Yup, isa pa yan. I've been receiving email notifications from Facebook and Google. 3 emails from Facebook for password reset daw, I didn't request password reset.

Also email from Google that someone is adding me as contact email address to another account.

Both of them have "click here to verify" button. I'm thinking these are phishing email so I ignored it.
