Hello guys, sino dito ang gumagamit po ng BDO ATM Debit Card? May tatanong lang po sana ako,
1. ginagamit nyo po b to sa Paypal?
2. paano po ba ang process at ano ang ipprint sa web ng bdo?

I think the forms are for merchants who want to have the capability of receiving debit cards payments.

You do not have to go to the bank. Just open a PAYPAL account and enrol your credit card. It would help if you get the online version of BDO credit card which has a lower credit than the principal card.
