    guys tanong ko naman paano ba mag background check ang mga commercial bank sa mga newly hire staff nila? paki specify po many thanks

    pati ba yung mga memo's mo aalamin rin ba?

    Normally, they hire 3rd party credit/background investigation agencies, like CIBI Information, D&B Philippines, or even security and investigative agencies like Truth Verifier, etc.

    As to the approach, depende yan upon the request of the inquiring party. The investigators normally do a no-direct interview, meaning they discreetly interview the subject's relatives, friends, neighbors or given character references. Puwede rin direct, but no disclosure, wherein they can interview the subject mismo, pero they assume a different identity (kunwari taga credit card company sila, to get personal information). Para ma-mislead yung subject na yung banko mismo ang nagpapa-check.

    They also check for negative records sa credit bureaus and get in touch with your former employers, to see if may bad record ka sa kanila, especially that of a financial nature.

    diba yung 201 file is confidential hindi basta2x nagbibigay ng info regarding sa mga memo?

    by the way i am currently working in a bank I just wanted to transfer in other bank but my problem is a have 4 memo's already. but the 4 memo's that I have is no-money involve short/overages.

    pag na discover sa backgroundcheck automatic ba terminated na ako sa kanila?

    saka paano sila mag C.I/B.I. after you sign a contract or bago ka mag sign ng contract?

    do you think aalamin pa ng h.r. kung may mga memo's ako?

    Bakit sir nirequire ba kayo magdisclose ng current bank nyo regarding sa mga violations nyo? Kung hindi naman wala kang dapat ipangamba. Just make sure na may clearance ka sa previous bank na pinapasukan mo.

    wala yan memo, internal naman yan eh, I assume it's just some regular company policy that you have violated. dahil kung big deal yan wala ka na dapat diyan sa present employer mo.

    thanks mga sir, na praning lang siguro ako, kasi nung final interview ko na tnanong kung may memo ako and i answer none but yung interviewer parang nagduda i dont know kung nanghuhuli lang. pagkatapos nung sinabi nga na mag coconduct sila ng b.i./c.i.,
