    one BDO client is complaining of unauthorized pos transactions yesterday of more than 15000pesos.

    An officemate's BDO ATM debit card got skimmed for 3 transactions - each below P3K. The skimmer understands that the new tap and wave ATM card does not require a pin for transactions below P3K.

    whenever i hear someone loudly complaining how his card was skimmed, there is this sneaky little voice, "yeah... with his full permission, all three times...".
    i am not saying, TS is a fake. but i have lived long enough to see the other side of the proverbial coin.

    BDO account holders beware. Baka makakuha kayo ng letter of non payments. Some hackers were able to create Credit Cards using your identity and bank information.

    BDOs database has been compromised 😑

    talaga ba low tech mga bangko ng pinas....

    kagabi napanuod ko sa news metrobank naman.....

    kaya mas ok lipat nyo agad sa passbook pera.... pag ATM eh barya-barya lang...

    sa credit card naman eh wala hiram talaga ako.... yung hinihiraman ko magaling sa computer, mahirapan mahack yun....

    Tangina naman kasi mga restaurant dito eh dapat Wireless na yun Machine nila pang swipe dinadala na lang sa table and let the customers swipe their cards on their own. Parang Friday's lang ginagawa nito dito.

    Lalo na kapag humihingi ng legal ID na may Bday at address, sumasama talaga ako sa kahera at mga CC ko nakabura lahat ng digits sa likod para sigurado. Masyadong madaming kawatan

    Our banks should have pin authentication for CC use. Swiping is convenient but completely unsafe.

    What about online purchases? Registered phone and code authentication should be implemented.

    Metrobank and BDO need OTP for online transactions. BPI, wala yata pero ginagamit ko kasi yun online card nila
