Susubukan tawaran hangang P28M kung pwede. Negotiable naman. Pero may other options pa inside the village na tinitignan. Another option is to buy an empty lot instead and then we build the house ourselves (my preferred option kasi malamang the seller has to make money so instead of giving him his profit we could just keep it and increase our budget instead) pero si itay ang may datung kaya sya ang may final say.

Ayaw nyo Grand villas 15k per sqm lot only, pag 500sqm pataas mas mababa pa. Mas malapit pa sa Ateneo at UP.

New Manila pangit na doon, ang dilim dami pang akyat bahay. Ang habol talaga ng tatay ko yung malinis na air and the aura dyan sa Ayala Heights kasi puro hills sya eh and very far away from CBD's (Central Business Districts) that are not so far away (Libis and Ortigas are not so far away mga 30 mins via E. Rodriguez) so cars that pass their are minimal. Anyway nasa Timog naman office ng tatay ko eh so malapit.

No one gets rich as an agent kasi de commission lang sila. Ang yumayaman mga real estate speculators. They buy wait and hopefully prices rise. They can build a house too to increase the value then sell...

Update lang. While the aforementioned house is still a consideration ang priority na ngayon is to find an empty lot (as long as it has good Feng Shui, Chinese kami eh so we believe in that) within the village (Ayala Heights) and construct the house by ourselves. We think we can save a lot of money doing that we can just mimic the design of that house anyway...
